Solicitud de celebracion del acto de conciliacion (papeleta) ante el SMAC territorialmente competente, procedimiento G347 de la Generalitat. Telematica y obligatoria para los sujetos obligados a relacionarse por medios electronicos, con firma electronica reconocida o cualificada (DNIe, FNMT, ACCV o Cl@ve Firma), rellenando en el paso 2 los formularios web que fijan el ambito territorial y el tipo de solicitud (ordinaria / despido / despido y cantidad). Presencial solo para quien no esta obligado a medios electronicos, con cita previa en las oficinas del SMAC, registros de la Administracion o correos. Plazo: 20 dias habiles desde el despido; un ano en reclamaciones de cantidad. El acto se senala en un maximo de 15 dias habiles.
