El PRECO (Acuerdo Interprofesional sobre Procedimientos Voluntarios para la Resolucion de Conflictos Laborales), gestionado por el Consejo de Relaciones Laborales / Lan Harremanen Kontseilua (CRL-LHK), es la unica via para cumplir la conciliacion previa en CONFLICTOS COLECTIVOS, y en conflictos individuales solo cuando lo prevea el convenio colectivo aplicable.
