The Provincial Court of Granada sits in five divisions with 20 judges, three of them specialised, all in the capital.

Companies and the commercial registry

Granada has no separate commercial registry: it is merged into the Registro Mercantil y Bienes Muebles de Granada, at Arandas, 6, which also handles land registration.

Se presenta por medios electronicos en la Oficina Virtual de la Consejeria de Empleo, Empresa y Trabajo Autonomo (procedimiento 366); quien no esta obligado a relacionarse electronicamente puede presentarla de forma presencial en el CMAC de su provincia o con asistencia de la oficina de asistencia en materia de registro de la Delegacion Territorial, y recibe la citacion con fecha del acto
