Al margen de la via administrativa existe el Tribunal Laboral de Conciliacion, Mediacion y Arbitraje de La Rioja, organo paritario creado por el Acuerdo Interprofesional de 23 de noviembre de 1994, para la solucion extrajudicial y extraadministrativa de conflictos. Papeleta de conciliacion por via electronica desde la ficha del tramite en la oficina electronica de larioja.org (boton Tramitar, requiere certificado digital), o presencialmente en la Oficina de Registro del organo competente con el modelo oficial.
