Por internet en la Oficina Virtual del SMAC, https://vialaboris.comunidad.madrid/, con certificado digital, DNIe o Cl@ve; presencialmente con cita previa en los registros habilitados de la Comunidad de Madrid, salvo para quienes esten obligados a relacionarse electronicamente con la Administracion, que solo pueden presentarla por via telematica.
