The provincial Court of Appeal

The Provincial Court of Málaga has nine divisions and 42 judges, and one of those divisions sit outside the capital, in Melilla. An appeal from there is not heard in Málaga city.

Companies and the commercial registry

Málaga has no separate commercial registry: it is merged into the Registro Mercantil Málaga, at Cerrojo, 17, which also handles land registration.

Solicitud de acto de conciliacion en formulario normalizado de uso obligatorio (Resolucion de 7 de marzo de 2025 de la Direccion General de Trabajo, Seguridad y Salud Laboral). Se presenta por medios electronicos en la Oficina Virtual de la Consejeria de Empleo, Empresa y Trabajo Autonomo (procedimiento 366); quien no esta obligado a relacionarse electronicamente puede presentarla de forma presencial en el CMAC de su provincia o con asistencia de la oficina de asistencia en materia de registro de la Delegacion Territorial, y recibe la citacion con fecha del acto
