The Provincial Court of Navarra sits in three divisions with 13 judges, two of them specialised, all in the capital.

Companies and the commercial registry

Navarra has its own commercial registry, the Registro Mercantil y de Bienes Muebles de Navarra, at Paseo Premín de Iruña, 4 - 1º B. Incorporating, changing directors or winding up a company is filed there.

Navarra has no court specialising in unfair mortgage terms: a claim over a floor clause or mortgage costs goes to the ordinary civil division that would hear any other civil case, and shares its list.
