Navarra has its own commercial registry, the Registro Mercantil y de Bienes Muebles de Navarra, at Paseo Premín de Iruña, 4 - 1º B. Incorporating, changing directors or winding up a company is filed there.

Before suing over a dismissal you must attempt conciliation, and in Navarra that is done at the Servicio de conciliacion laboral de la Seccion de Relaciones Laborales y Prevencion de Riesgos (Navarra no usa sigla propia: ni SMAC ni equivalente; el tramite se denomina "Tramitacion de expedientes de conciliacion en conflictos laborales"), run by the Servicio de Trabajo, Direccion General de Economia Social y Trabajo, Departamento de Derechos Sociales, Economia Social y Empleo del Gobierno de Navarra (Parque Tomas Caballero 1, 1.a planta, Edificio Fuerte del Principe II, 31006 Pamplona/Iruna). Papeleta (demanda) de conciliacion conforme al articulo 6 del Real Decreto 2756/1979, con el modelo oficial del Gobierno de Navarra. Se presenta de forma presencial en el Servicio de Trabajo o telematicamente por el registro general electronico de Navarra (instancia https://administracionelectronica.navarra.es/RGE2/gestorinstancia.aspx?idinstancia=2000205&idioma=es), con certificado digital, DNI electronico o Cl@ve. El acto de conciliacion se celebra dentro de los 15 dias siguientes a la presentacion y desde esta queda interrumpida la prescripcion; se puede comparecer por videoconferencia (Cisco WebEx) previa solicitud expresa.
