Sevilla has its own commercial registry, the Registro Mercantil de Sevilla I, at Avda. de la Buhaira, 15 - 1ª, 41018. Incorporating, changing directors or winding up a company is filed there.

Se presenta por medios electronicos en la Oficina Virtual de la Consejeria de Empleo, Empresa y Trabajo Autonomo (procedimiento 366); quien no esta obligado a relacionarse electronicamente puede presentarla de forma presencial en el CMAC de su provincia o con asistencia de la oficina de asistencia en materia de registro de la Delegacion Territorial, y recibe la citacion con fecha del acto
