Papeleta de solicitud de conciliacion ante la Subdireccion Provincial de Trabajo de la provincia. Telematica desde la ficha del tramite 109 del Gobierno de Aragon con DNIe, certificado o Cl@ve, o presencial en las oficinas provinciales (Zaragoza, Po Fernando el Catolico 63-65; Huesca, Ricardo del Arco 6; Teruel, San Francisco 1), de 9 a 14 h. El acto se senala en menos de 15 dias habiles desde la presentacion. Como via alternativa que cumple el articulo 63 LRJS, la solicitud puede presentarse ante el SAMA, presencial o telematica, conforme al V Acuerdo sobre Solucion Autonoma de Conflictos Laborales en Aragon (V ASACLA), publicado por Resolucion de 23 de diciembre de 2025 del Director General de Trabajo, BOA numero 10 de 16 de enero de 2026: https://www.boa.aragon.es/cgi-bin/EBOA/BRSCGI?CMD=VEROBJ&MLKOB=1430807090505
