Papeleta de conciliacion (remision de la papeleta de demanda para el intento de conciliacion previa a la via judicial) ante la Oficina Territorial de Trabajo de la provincia. Presencial en las oficinas de asistencia en materia de registros de la Junta de Castilla y Leon o en los lugares del art. 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, o telematicamente por la sede electronica de la Junta (tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) identificandose con certificado electronico, DNIe o Cl@ve Firma. Alternativa: escrito de solicitud de conciliacion-mediacion individual ante el SERLA, que segun el ASACL tiene la consideracion de conciliacion previa a la via judicial y es requisito preprocesal sustitutivo
