Legal basis and things to bear in mind
- Sistema RED is the OFFICIAL batch API of the TGSS. It requires no scraping: we send an AFI file in accordance with Orden TIN/2865/2009 and the TGSS responds with a FAN. The most stable and fastest channel in the system.
- The registration must be submitted BEFORE the worker starts. Late registration is punishable (art. 22 LISOS) and the TGSS takes the date of submission as the actual date of the registration.
- Tarifa plana (flat-rate contribution) for a self-employed person's first employee: 100 €/month for 12 months if it is the self-employed person's first permanent hire (Ley 6/2017).
- Workers without an existing NAF must first be affiliated (TA.1). We also process whatever is missing.
- The contract must additionally be registered in Contrat@ of the SEPE (State Public Employment Service) within the 10 days following the registration. We also offer you that service.
