Legal basis and things to bear in mind
- Sistema RED is the OFFICIAL batch API of the TGSS. It does not require scraping: we send an AFI file in compliance with Orden TIN/2865/2009 and the TGSS responds with a FAN file. This is the most stable and fastest method in the system.
- The registration must be submitted BEFORE the worker starts. Late registration is subject to penalties (art. 22 LISOS) and the TGSS applies the submission date as the actual start date.
- Flat rate for the first self-employed worker: 100 €/month for 12 months if it is the self-employed person's first permanent hire (Ley 6/2017).
- For workers without a prior NAF (Social Security affiliation number), they must first be affiliated (Form TA.1). We can also process any missing steps for you.
- The contract must additionally be registered on Contrat@ of the SEPE within 10 days following the registration. We also offer this service.
