Legal basis and things to bear in mind

Sistema RED is the OFFICIAL batch API of the TGSS. It does not require scraping: we send an AFI file in compliance with Orden TIN/2865/2009 and the TGSS responds with a FAN file. This is the most stable and fastest method in the system.
The registration must be submitted BEFORE the worker starts, and the first day of a probation period already counts (art. 29.3 RD 84/1996). If submitted late, it only takes effect from the date it is requested, but contributions are owed from the first day of work (art. 35.1 RD 84/1996). Not registering, or registering only after an inspection, is a serious infringement of €3,750 to €12,000 per worker (arts. 22.2 and 40.1.e LISOS).
There is no flat rate for hiring your first employee. Current incentives (RDL 1/2023) depend on the worker's group: for example, €110/month for three years for a permanent hire of a long-term unemployed person (art. 21).
For workers without a prior NAF (Social Security affiliation number), they must first be affiliated (Form TA.1). We can also process any missing steps for you.
The contract must also be notified to the public employment service (Contrat@) within 10 working days of being agreed (art. 1.1 RD 1424/2002). We also offer this service.
