- INCOMPATIBLE with pluriactividad and with autónomos colaboradores (family collaborators).
- If you deregister before the 12 months are up, you lose the right to the reduced contributions and must pay the difference.
- Appeal: recurso de alzada (appeal to a higher authority) before the Provincial Director of the TGSS within 1 month (art. 121 LPAC).
