Legal basis and things to bear in mind
- Sistema RED is the OFFICIAL batch API of the TGSS. It requires no scraping or in-person action.
- After registration, the TGSS assigns a CCC in the format `RR/NNNNNNNN/DD`, which will be used in alta_empleado (employee registration) and in all contributions.
- Each province requires its own CCC. If you open a centre in a different province, a new registration is made (it is not an initial registration but the opening of a centre).
