Legal basis and things to bear in mind

  • Sistema RED is the OFFICIAL batch API of the TGSS. It does not require scraping or in-person intervention.
  • After registration, the TGSS assigns a CCC in the format `RR/NNNNNNNN/DD` which will be used in the employee registration and in all contributions.
  • Each province requires its own CCC. If you open a work centre in a different province, a new registration is made (this is not an initial registration but a work centre opening).
  • After registration you will have obligations: monthly contributions (CRA), quarterly Modelo 111 if you withhold IRPF, annual Modelo 190, and registration of each worker (TA.2). We will guide you on the calendar.
