Its last two calls (self-employed workers and companies with fewer than 3 employees, and comunidades de bienes and civil partnerships) closed on 31 October 2025 at 11:00, and there is no application window open. Orden TDF/39/2026, of 26 January, only allows the leftover budget to be reallocated to those who had already applied within the deadline and ran out of funding: it does not reopen the programme. In addition, Orden ETD/1498/2021 (art. 19.5.j) expressly excludes from the eligible costs 'expenditure on advisory, administrative-agency or similar services' incurred to obtain the grant, and its art. 23.1 provides that the grant is paid to the digitalisation agent, not to you. What is the route in force?

Red.es has sent you a request for documents, notice that it is starting proceedings for loss of the right to payment or for repayment (clawback), or the decision ordering it, and the clock is already running.
