an opening licence requires a technical project signed by a chartered architect or engineer, and its cost depends on your premises, your activity and your municipality's by-law. We look at your case and give you a written, closed quote, with the project included, before you pay anything. Tell us about your case and we will look at it: the quote is free and without obligation, and we confirm it in writing before we start.

Legal basis and things to bear in mind
- Legal framework: Ley 17/2009 plus Ley 25/2009 plus Ley 12/2012 plus the LBRL plus the LPACAP.
- Harmless activities of 750 m² or less: can be replaced by a declaración responsable (Ley 12/2012).
- The 750 m² threshold and the declaración responsable under Ley 12/2012 only cover the activities in its annex, which follows the IAE groupings and does NOT include group 67 (restaurants, bars and cafés) or group 68 (accommodation). If your premises are in the hospitality sector, do not choose the option "declaración responsable Ley 12/2012": your regime is set by the regional law on public entertainment venues and by the municipal by-law.
- Related applications: declaracion_responsable_apertura_local, declaracion_responsable_actividad, licencia_obras_municipal.
- NOT SOLD THROUGH CHECKOUT. The opening licence requires a TECHNICAL PROJECT signed by a chartered architect or engineer (900 to 3.500 euros at market rates, and more for premises with music), and that project does not fit inside a fee of 150 euros: selling it that way means a negative margin and, worse, charging for something we cannot deliver on our own. It goes to a quote, with the project as a necessary contractable item: it is compulsory, and what is optional is who signs it (you provide it, or we arrange it for you).
