- OEPM 2026 fees per quinquenio (five-year period) (telematic with 15 % discount / paper):
- · 2nd quinquenio (years 5-10): 68,98 € / 81,15 €.
- · 3rd quinquenio (years 10-15): 104,31 € / 122,72 €.
- · 4th quinquenio (years 15-20): 139,67 € / 164,32 €.
- · 5th quinquenio (years 20-25): 174,04 € / 204,75 €.
- Each additional design in a multi-design registration: 19,82 € paper / 16,85 € telematic.
- Surcharge of 25 % if renewed within the 6 months AFTER expiry (grace period).
- Once the 6 months after expiry have passed, the design lapses (art. 53 LDI): it cannot be renewed and must be applied for again.
- Maximum total validity: 25 años (5 quinquenios). After that, the design passes into the public domain.
- At renewal, a REDUCTION in the number of designs IS ALLOWED (with a definitive waiver) but NOT an increase.
