Setting up a non-profit association
Setting up a non-profit association is filed with Registro Nacional de Asociaciones (Ministerio Interior) o Registro Autonómico. With Managora you do it 100% online: you answer a few questions, sign a digital mandato (power of representation) and we draft, sign and file your application for you. Estimated total cost: €149 to €187.
We handle the incorporation and registration of your association with the Registro Nacional de Asociaciones (the National Register of Associations, run by the Ministerio del Interior or Spanish Home Office) if it operates across more than one region, or with the corresponding regional register. A minimum of 3 founding members is required. We check the name, its syntax, the territorial scope, the aims and that the documents are complete (founding minutes + statutes + governing body). 3 types are supported: general, youth (Ley 6/1996, members aged 14-30) and federation/confederation. A declaration of public-benefit status requires 2 years of prior activity (art. 32 LODA, the Spanish Associations Act).
