Convenio regulador (divorce / separation settlement agreement)

Convenio regulador (divorce / separation settlement agreement) is filed with Notaría (art. 87 CC), sin hijos menores no emancipados ni con capacidad modificada. With Managora you do it 100% online: you answer a few questions, sign a digital mandato (power of representation) and we draft, sign and file your demanda (claim) for you. Estimated total cost: from €150. Official tasa (government fee): No administrative fee. Notary charges for the divorce deed: 200-600 € (a suplido, disbursement paid to the notary's office, not included in our fee).

We draft the convenio regulador (settlement agreement) for a divorce or separation by mutual agreement (arts. 81-90 CC) and, if there are no non-emancipated minor children and no children whose legal capacity has been judicially modified, we handle it from start to finish through the NOTARIAL route (art. 87 CC, Ley 15/2015): we provide the notary, we arrange the signing and we handle registration at the Registro Civil (Civil Registry). The agreement covers the minimum content required by art. 90 CC: custody (sole or shared, STS 29/4/2013), contact arrangements, allocation of the use of the family home (art. 96), child maintenance (arts. 142-153) with IPC (consumer price index) updates and extraordinary expenses, compensatory maintenance for a spouse (art. 97), winding-up of the joint marital estate and tax aspects (compensatory maintenance is deductible for the payer and child maintenance is exempt, art. 7.k LIRPF). If there are minor children or children with modified legal capacity, the law requires the court route (art. 777 LEC), which requires a court lawyer and procurador and is NOT included in this service: in that case we hand you the convenio regulador drafted and ready to sign.
