Allergen matrix for your menu and the compulsory information notice
Allergen matrix for your menu and the compulsory information notice is filed with Información al consumidor (exigible por la inspección de consumo). With Managora you do it 100% online: you answer a few questions, sign a digital mandato (power of representation) and we draft, sign and file your certificate for you. Estimated total cost: €199 to €199. Official tasa (government fee): No official tasa (official fee): nothing is filed with anyone, this is information you must hold and display. The cost is our fee for analysing the menu, building the matrix and giving you the notice. It has to be redone every time the menu changes.
We analyse your menu dish by dish, flag the 14 allergens and hand you the written matrix plus the compulsory notice. And we debunk the myth that causes more consumer-protection cases than any other: saying that the waiter will tell you out loud is ONLY lawful if there is also that written or electronic matrix, accessible on the premises, and a notice announcing it.
