We process your application for the Plan MOVES III subsidy. Legal framework: RD 266/2021 + RD 287/2023 + Reg. (UE) 2021/241 MRR / PRTR + Ley 38/2003 + Reg. (UE) 651/2014 art. 36 + Reg. (UE) 1407/2013 de minimis. 4 eligible actions (new electric vehicle, semi-new/demo, H2 fuel cell, charging point). What is the route in force?

Programa Auto+: subsidy for the purchase of electric vehicles (Ministerio de Industria). We process your application for the Programa Auto+ subsidy (Line 1, individuals). Legal framework: RD 609/2026 + call of 30-Jul-2026 + Ley 38/2003. This is the successor to MOVES III. Only vehicles with the CERO label (electric, plug-in hybrids, extended-range and fuel cell) are eligible: passenger cars up to 4.500 €, N1 vans up to 5.000 €, motorbikes up to 1.100 € and quadricycles up to 1.500 € according to the criteria in Annex II. Purchases made from 1-Jan-2026 (semi-new and km0 registered from 2025). You do not need a digital certificate or Cl@ve: we submit as your authorised representative.
