Legal basis and things to bear in mind

  • Conversion to a permanent contract: if the employee had chained temporary contracts for over 24 months, the conversion is COMPULSORY by law (art. 15.5 ET). Check whether a conversion allowance applies.
  • Transfer to another workplace: if it is in another province, you must first register a CCC (contribution account code) in that province (use inscripcion_empresa_ss).
