  2. 2With your answers we check, before charging you, that there is an open call and that your business fits it. If not, we tell you right there and you pay nothing.
  3. 3Payment of 399 €, 599 € or 799 € (VAT included): the amount comes from the call and the project cost, you do not choose it. You sign the authorisation from your phone.
  4. 4We prepare the technical report, the project budget and the declarations with the quotes or invoices you upload. You request the quotes from your suppliers yourself: we do not choose or recommend any.
  5. 5In Castilla-La Mancha, La Rioja and the Región de Murcia we file the application as your representative. For SPRI, the Comunidad de Madrid and the Cámara de Avilés you sign it with your digital certificate: we leave it ready and guide you step by step.
  6. 6We follow the case and answer any requests until the decision. Where you sign (SPRI, the Comunidad de Madrid and the Cámara de Avilés), forward us every notice or notification from the body as soon as you receive it. • •Your suppliers' quotes, if you have not yet incurred the spending (three offers from different suppliers if an item reaches 15.000 € excluding VAT).
  • •Invoices and bank proof of payment, if the spending is already done (always, for La Rioja's Cheque Digitalización), with the three offers from different suppliers if an item reached 15.000 € excluding VAT.
  • •Corporation tax return or income tax return for the last closed year, in Castilla-La Mancha, La Rioja and the Comunidad de Madrid.
  • •Seguridad Social report on the average workforce, in Castilla-La Mancha.
  • •Deed of incorporation and power of attorney of the signatory, if a company is applying.
  • •Three certificates of satisfactory performance from your supplier, in the Región de Murcia.

Legal basis and things to bear in mind

  • Legal framework: Ley 38/2003 General de Subvenciones and each region's call: Orden 116/2026 and the Resolución of 1 September 2026 in Castilla-La Mancha; SPRI Resoluciones of 26 February and 27 April 2026 in the País Vasco; Órdenes EIE/69/2024 and EIE/84/2024 in La Rioja; Orden of 7 May 2024 in the Región de Murcia; the Cheque Innovación rules of 9 October 2018 in the Comunidad de Madrid; the Pyme Digital 2026 call of the Cámara de Avilés. All are de minimis aid: no more than 300.000 € of this kind of aid over three years.
  • Status as of 5 October 2026, checked in the electronic office or official gazette: Castilla-La Mancha, Bono Crecimiento Pyme, open until 30 June 2027; País Vasco, SPRI Inteligencia Artificial, open until 2 November 2026, and Ciberseguridad Industrial, until 23 November 2026; La Rioja, Digitalización e Industria, until 30 October 2026, and Cheque Digitalización, until 12 February 2027; Región de Murcia, Cheque de Innovación, until 23 December 2026; Comunidad de Madrid, Cheque Innovación, permanently open; Cámara de Avilés, Pyme Digital, until 16 October 2026. Except Digitalización e Industria, they are awarded first come, first served and close early if the money runs out.
  • What the three main ones cover. Castilla-La Mancha (digital transformation strand): digital maturity diagnosis, dashboards, automation, artificial intelligence use cases with a proof of concept and a cybersecurity plan, at 60% or 80% depending on the score, up to 12.000 € per action and 60.000 € per company; it does not pay for hardware, perpetual licences or software ownership, and excludes manufacturing. SPRI: 60% of the spending, up to 100.000 € per company, including licences, hardware and cloud software for up to 12 months, only for industrial businesses and services linked to industry. La Rioja's Cheque Digitalización: 50% (70% for advanced cybersecurity) of spending between 3.000 and 20.000 €; it does not cover websites without e-commerce, mobile phones or maintenance.
  • The others. La Rioja's Digitalización e Industria: 40% of investments of 50.000 € or more in ICT management systems, excluding websites and general-purpose software. Región de Murcia's Cheque de Innovación: 70% (85% for activities in its smart specialisation strategy) of innovation services, with caps per service. Comunidad de Madrid's Cheque Innovación: 80% up to 60.000 €, companies only (excluding commercial SMEs and technology-based start-ups and spin-offs aged 5 years or less), with services from universities, technology centres or R&D&I firms; it does not pay for licensed software, websites or hardware. Avilés Pyme Digital: free diagnosis and 60% of an implementation of up to 7.490 € (a maximum grant of 4.494 €), which the business pays upfront in full.
  • Before or after the spending. In Castilla-La Mancha the work cannot be finished when you apply (spending from 1 January 2026 counts); it is carried out within a maximum of 6 months from the award, accounted for within one month and paid in a single instalment after that. In La Rioja's Cheque Digitalización you apply with the invoices already paid (spending from 13 December 2025 to 31 December 2026) and the spending report is part of the application, so we do that one. In SPRI spending counts from 1 January 2026 and the project lasts 12 months at most. In the others, reporting on the spending afterwards is not included in this price.
  • Who signs. In Castilla-La Mancha, La Rioja and the Región de Murcia we file as your representative. SPRI, Madrid's Cheque Innovación and the Cámara de Avilés require the business itself or its legal representative to sign with an electronic certificate: we prepare everything and you sign with your certificate, guided by us. We never ask for your certificate.
  • Kit Digital and Kit Consulting are closed to new applications, and the Bono de inteligencia artificial of the Plan IA360 has only been announced (general call expected before the end of 2027, still without rules): none of them can be applied for today. In Castilla-La Mancha and the Comunidad de Madrid our fees are not covered by the grant.
