We monitor the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público (PLACSP, the Spanish public procurement platform), the regional portals and the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS, the national grants database) on your behalf, assess what fits your company and propose it to you in writing. When you decide to go for it, we prepare it and submit it in your name: for tenders, the technical proposal, the financial offer and the DEUC (European Single Procurement Document), and the special appeal (REMC) before the tribunal if you are excluded; for grants, the project report, the budget, the corrections and the justification that prevents a clawback. You answer the questionnaire and we tell you whether your company qualifies: many believe they do not fit when they do. You choose the pack and ask for the proposal: we send it in writing, with a fixed fee based on your size and the engagement letter, and nothing is charged until you sign it. On signing you pay the first three months by bank transfer; after that, monthly, and you can cancel whenever you like. You tell us about your company and we start: we search for you, propose in writing what suits you and file it. For tenders, the bid is signed by your director with what we leave ready or, if you grant us a notarial power of attorney to bid, by our lawyer; for grants we file as your representative, and if a call requires your legal representative's signature, we leave it ready to sign.
With grants we file everything that suits you: the more, the better your odds. With tenders, unlimited does not mean bidding for everything, and it is worth saying: the contract goes to the best bid, not the one that shows up. Bidding for everything spreads the effort thin and lowers the quality of each technical proposal. That is why we read the pliego (tender specifications) and tell you which ones yes and which no, and why.
Two things, and we tell you up front. The pack's monthly fee, which covers all the work with no limit on bids or applications. And a set success fee, only if you succeed: 5% of the award amount excluding VAT for tenders and 10% of the non-repayable grant awarded. You sign it before we file each one. Public loans (ENISA, ICO) carry no percentage: they go through their own service page, at a fixed price. Fees, guarantees and other payments to the authorities are yours and carry no percentage of ours.
