You do not have to look for anything. We monitor the Plataforma de Contratación del Sector Público (PLACSP, the Spanish public procurement platform), the regional portals and the Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones (BDNS, the national grants database) on your behalf, and we alert you when something comes up that your company can win. When you decide to go for it, we prepare it and submit it in your name: for tenders, the technical proposal, the financial offer and the DEUC (European Single Procurement Document), and the special appeal (REMC) before the TACRC (the central tribunal for procurement appeals) if you are excluded; for grants, the project report, the budget, the corrections and the justification that prevents a clawback.

When we submit on your behalf

The monthly fee covers the monitoring and the judgement. Preparing and submitting an expediente (case file) is separate work and is billed separately, only if you decide that we go for it.

A licitación (public tender): 726 to 1,210 €

IVA included. Memoria técnica (technical proposal), financial offer and administrative envelope. The price depends on what the pliego (tender specifications) requires.

A subvención (grant): from 363 €

IVA included. Application, report and justification. It goes up if the call requires a technical or financial report.

We also work on a success-fee basis, charging a percentage of what you obtain. We agree it with you case by case.

The problem
