Legal basis and things to bear in mind

  • Past the 20 calendar days, the fine for failing to identify the driver is twice the one set for the original offence if that was minor and three times it if it was serious or very serious (LSV art. 80.2.b), and it falls outside the shortened procedure, so it does not qualify for the 50% reduction (art. 93.2).
  • No tasa.
