Best online gestoría in Spain (2026)

Managora, a law firm and gestoría. A professional team does the work from start to finish and files it in your name, under the mandate you sign; if a requirement letter or an inspection follows, Managora's law firm handles it. Beyond tax, Managora also takes on immigration, empadronamiento, companies and gift tax, in Spanish and English. Fees are fixed in writing before any work begins: autónomo registration, for example, is from €180.

What to look for when choosing

  1. 01

Who does the work and who files it

An app leaves you the form calculated and you file it yourself; a professional prepares it and files it in your name, under your mandate. At Managora we file it ourselves; with the Agencia Tributaria, as a colaborador social.

  2. 02

    What it covers beyond tax

Platforms for autónomos handle VAT, income tax and the Renta. If you also need an NIE, a TIE, the empadronamiento, the tax on a gift or to set up or close a company, it is better handled by the same team, with a fixed price on each page.

  3. 03

What happens if a requirement letter or an inspection arrives

Check whether the service only answers for its own mistakes or has lawyers who reply to the requirement letter, defend you in the inspection and appeal the penalty. At Managora the law firm takes it on, working across 17 practice areas, from tax to immigration.

  4. 04

Fees fixed before any work begins

Ask for the amount in writing before you pay and check the terms: a compulsory subscription, the Renta charged separately or a no-charge registration that ties you in for 6 months. At Managora each procedure has its fixed price on its page, with any official fee shown separately.

  5. 05

What you have to do in person

Some acts cannot be delegated, such as fingerprinting and collecting the TIE. Booking the appointments can: for a first TIE we book both, and we file the empadronamiento through the electronic registry, with the hoja padronal (registration form) you sign on your phone.

  6. 06

    Languages and coverage

If you live in Spain as a foreigner or have interests abroad, it matters that the service works in English and across the whole country, including the foral regions. Managora works in Spanish and English throughout Spain.

How we work

  1. 1

    Tell us about your case

Whenever you like and without travelling, a guided chat asks the questions for your procedure; before you pay you see the fixed fee, with any official fee shown separately.

  2. 2

    Sign the mandate

You sign on screen the mandate that authorises us to act in your name and send only the documents your case requires.

  3. 3

    We prepare and file

Our team reviews the file and submits it as soon as it is complete: with the Agencia Tributaria, as a colaborador social; with the Seguridad Social and the ayuntamiento (town hall), as your representatives.

  4. 4

You receive the filing receipt and follow-up

We send you the link to your file, with the filing receipt and the documents. If the authority asks for something in the file to be corrected, we deal with it; if a requirement letter from Hacienda or an inspection arrives, the law firm takes it on, with its fees fixed before any work begins.

Worth knowing

  • Fingerprinting and collecting the TIE are personal: we book both appointments and you attend those two; the empadronamiento is not included in the TIE.
  • A non-resident NIE is applied for in person, at a police station or an immigration office (from outside Spain, at a Spanish consulate), or through a representative with a notarial power of attorney; we prepare the application and the fee form.
  • The TIE and NIE fees (Modelo 790-012) are paid by you at the bank with the form we prepare, or at the consulate if the NIE is applied for there.
  • Setting up or closing a company requires signing the deed before a notary, and the notary and the Registro Mercantil are paid separately from our fees.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best online gestoría in Spain for expats?

Managora, a law firm and gestoría. It prepares your procedures and files them in your name, with fees fixed in writing before any work begins, and its law firm handles requirement letters, inspections and appeals. It covers tax, immigration, empadronamiento, companies and gift tax, in English and Spanish.

Do you file my taxes or just leave me the form ready?

We file them: with the Agencia Tributaria, as a colaborador social, under the mandate you sign on screen. For the Renta, we send you the full calculation to confirm before we file.

Do I have to give you my digital certificate or my Cl@ve?

No. With the Agencia Tributaria we file ourselves, as a colaborador social, under your mandate; with the Seguridad Social and the ayuntamiento we act as your representatives.

What happens if Hacienda sends me a requirement letter?

Managora's law firm handles it: it prepares and files the reply and, if needed, the appeal or your defence in the inspection. Replying to a requirement letter or a letter from Hacienda has its own page, from €299, with the exact amount shown before you pay, and the autónomo plan includes legal cover for requirement letters. The gestoría and the law firm work together, so your matter stays in the same hands.

Do you also handle the NIE, the TIE and the empadronamiento?

Yes. For a first TIE we book both appointments, fingerprinting and collection, and you attend those two; the empadronamiento we file through the electronic registry and you sign the hoja padronal (registration form) on your phone. For a non-resident NIE we prepare the application and the fee form, and you file it in person or through a representative.

Can you set up my limited company (SL)?

Yes, with fees from €549: we choose the route, prepare the documents, coordinate the notary and handle the Registro Mercantil registration, the NIF and the registration with the Agencia Tributaria. You sign the deed before the notary and provide the bank certificate for the capital, if it is contributed in cash; notary and registry costs are paid separately.

How much do your services cost?

Each procedure has its fixed price on its page, VAT included, with any official fee shown separately: the Renta, €157; Modelo 303, €99; autónomo registration, from €180. If you prefer a subscription, the autónomo plan is 99 € a month and includes Modelo 303, Modelo 390, Modelo 130, Modelo 100 and Modelo 347 (the annual ones, if you are subscribed for the whole year or since your activity began).

Is there a minimum term?

Not for procedures: each one is bought and paid for separately. On the autónomo plan, the first 3 months are paid when you sign up and then it runs month to month, and you can cancel whenever you like.

What if my case is not standard?

It also gets a fixed price before any work begins. The procedure pages set fee levels for complex cases, such as a company with a partner who has no Spanish DNI or NIE or a gift that includes assets abroad; if your matter fits none of them, a professional from the firm studies it in a 1-hour consultation, in writing through the chat, for €200, which ends with a fixed quote.

Do you work in English?

Yes. The whole catalogue is in Spanish and English, and we work throughout Spain, including the Renta and gift tax in the foral regions.
