Grant for hiring an employee in your Comunidad Autónoma

Grant for hiring an employee in your Comunidad Autónoma is filed with Servicio público de empleo o consejería de empleo de su comunidad autónoma. With Managora you do it 100% online: you answer a few questions, sign a digital mandato (power of representation) and we draft, sign and file your application for you. What we charge you: from €249.

We handle the regional grant for hiring: for a self-employed person's first employee, for young people and for groups who find it harder to get work, depending on what your region has open (Andalucía, Aragón, Navarra, Comunidad de Madrid, Cantabria, Canarias, Comunitat Valenciana or Illes Balears). Before charging you we check that the call is still open, that the contract and the person hired fit, and that you are still within your deadline, which in several regions is one month from the registration. We prepare the full application and file it for you, or guide you to sign it with your Cl@ve where the electronic office does not accept a representative. It does not include the contract or registering the employee with the Seguridad Social: those must already be done (in Illes Balears it is the other way round, the grant is applied for before hiring).

Each region has its own closing date and, in several, a personal deadline of one month from the hired person's registration with the Seguridad Social (Aragón, Comunidad de Madrid and Cantabria; in Navarra, from the contract start date), which is what loses the most grants. Closing dates verified on 5 October 2026: Canarias (+UNO 52) and Comunitat Valenciana (LABORA), 15 October 2026; Aragón, 30 October 2026, only for contracts started by 30 September 2026; Andalucía (Emplea-T), 31 October 2026; Navarra, 30 November 2026, for contracts started by 31 October 2026; Illes Balears (SOIB qualified people), 30 September 2027. The Comunidad de Madrid (hiring young people) and Cantabria keep theirs permanently open. Most are awarded first come, first served and may close early if the budget runs out.

Grant for hiring an employee in your Comunidad Autónoma: how is it filed?

  1. 1Answer the questions (about 5 minutes). We check whether your region has the grant open, whether the contract and the person hired fit and whether you are still in time. If not, we tell you right there and you pay nothing.
  2. 2Upload the contract and the Seguridad Social registration of each person hired.
  3. 3Payment of 249 €, 349 € or 449 € (VAT included) depending on the number of contracts.
  4. 4You sign the authority to represent you. If your region also requires its own step (apud acta in Canarias, the Registro de Representantes in the Comunitat Valenciana, the representation form in the Comunidad de Madrid, registering us as managers with the SOIB), we guide you through it. In the Comunitat Valenciana that step is done with your digital certificate, and in the Comunidad de Madrid with your digital certificate or your DNIe.
  5. 5We prepare the forms the hired person has to sign when the call requires them, file the application, give you the receipt and follow the case until the decision.

Which documents do you need?

  • •Signed employment contract of each person hired.
  • •Seguridad Social registration of each person hired (registration decision or contribution data report).
  • •In the Comunitat Valenciana: Seguridad Social average headcount reports and the company's employment history, and the indicators form receipt signed by the hired person.
  • •In Illes Balears: Seguridad Social average headcount certificate for the last 12 months.
  • •Proof of the hired person's group (disability, gender-based violence, social exclusion), if it gives entitlement to the grant or to a higher amount.

Prerequisites we also handle for you

This procedure may require documents that we also obtain. If your case needs one and you do not have it, ask us for it here and come back once you have it:

Legal basis and things to bear in mind

  • What is included: we check the requirements, prepare the application and the forms the hired person signs, file it and follow the case until the decision. It does not include the contract or registering the employee with the Seguridad Social, which must be done before applying (except in Illes Balears, where the grant is applied for before hiring).
  • Open calls verified on 5 October 2026: Andalucía, Emplea-T Lines 1 and 2 (until 31 October 2026); Aragón, hiring of a self-employed person's first employee (until 30 October 2026, contracts started by 30 September); Comunidad Foral de Navarra, first hire by a self-employed person (until 30 November 2026, contracts started by 31 October); Canarias, +UNO 52 (until 15 October 2026); Comunitat Valenciana, LABORA for priority groups (until 15 October 2026); Illes Balears, SOIB qualified people (until 30 September 2027); Comunidad de Madrid, hiring young people, and Cantabria, hiring grants of the Servicio Cántabro de Empleo (permanent). Closed: Galicia (30 September 2026) and Cataluña, TU+1 (29 July 2026).
  • Amounts per full-time contract: Andalucía, 18.000 € for a self-employed person's first hire and 15.000 € for subsequent ones and those of SMEs, 2.000 € more for a woman; Aragón, from 5.500 € to 7.200 € (9.000 € for a victim of gender-based violence); Navarra, from 5.000 € to 8.500 €, plus 1.000 € for a woman (not added to the 8.500 €) and 1.000 € in rural localities of under 5.000 inhabitants (except Aranguren, Beriain, Berrioplano, Cendea de Olza, Cizur, Egüés, Galar, Valle de Elorz and Orkoien); Comunidad de Madrid, 5.500 € plus increments (2.000 € more for a self-employed person's first employee); Cantabria, from 7.000 € to 9.000 € for a new permanent contract, plus supplements; Canarias, 5.000 € (6.000 € in municipalities of under 10.000 inhabitants); Comunitat Valenciana, from 10.000 € to 25.000 €; Illes Balears, up to 35.000 € of first-year employment costs. Part-time, where allowed, it is reduced proportionally.
  • The deadline that bites is your own: one month from the hired person's registration in Aragón, the Comunidad de Madrid and Cantabria, and from the contract start date in Navarra; after that month the application is rejected. In Andalucía, Aragón, Canarias, the Comunitat Valenciana and Illes Balears it is awarded first come, first served until the budget runs out, so it pays to file as soon as possible.
  • You must keep the job: 24 months in Andalucía and the Comunitat Valenciana, 2 years in Aragón (if the person leaves, they must be replaced within 2 months), 3 years in Cantabria, 12 months in Canarias and the Comunidad de Madrid (6 for the professional practice training contract) and one year in Navarra (if the person leaves, they must be replaced within a month). If not, the grant has to be repaid.
  • Representation: we file as your representative in Andalucía, Aragón, Cantabria, Canarias, the Comunidad de Madrid, the Comunitat Valenciana and Illes Balears, but several need a step from you: in Canarias, an apud acta or entry in the register of powers of attorney; in the Comunitat Valenciana, registering us beforehand in its Registro de Representantes, which is done with your digital certificate; in the Comunidad de Madrid, signing the representation form electronically with your digital certificate or your DNIe; in Illes Balears, asking the SOIB to register us as managers in ESOIB. In Navarra, if the electronic office does not accept a representative, you sign with your Cl@ve or your certificate and we leave everything ready. We never ask for your digital certificate.
  • Compatibility: the Illes Balears grant cannot be combined with other grants for the same purpose or with reductions in Seguridad Social contributions; in Aragón you cannot apply if you received another grant to promote self-employment in the previous two years, other than the Cuota Cero.
