Legal basis and things to bear in mind

- The pension is for life if the disability is >=65 % and the person does not carry out incompatible work. In all other cases it ends on reaching the age limit.
- If studying, it must be renewed annually by proving current enrolment.
- If it concurs with a widow's/widower's pension: process both in parallel (use pension_viudedad). The sum of viudedad + orphanhood never exceeds 100 % of the regulatory base, except in multiple full orphanhood.
