Jubilación anticipada (early retirement, voluntary or involuntary)
Jubilación anticipada (early retirement, voluntary or involuntary) is filed with INSS — Sede electrónica + Tu Seguridad Social. With Managora you do it 100% online: you answer a few questions, sign a digital mandato (power of representation) and we draft, sign and file your application for you. Estimated total cost: €100 to €100. Official tasa (government fee): No public tasa (official fee). The monthly pension is uprated each year (Ley 21/2021).
We handle your jubilación anticipada (early retirement, arts. 207-208 RDLeg 8/2015 LGSS, as amended by RDLey 2/2023). Two routes: VOLUNTARY (art. 208: up to 2 years early, at least 35 years of contributions, and the resulting pension must be above the minimum) or INVOLUNTARY, following a job loss you did not choose (art. 207: up to 4 years early, at least 33 years of contributions, 6 months registered as a jobseeker, and a cause not attributable to you). We calculate the reduction coefficients under the RDLey 2/2023 table (3-21% for each month brought forward, depending on your years of contributions), the base reguladora (the average of the last 25 years), the percentage applied to it, the maximum cap (3.267 €/month in 2026), the minimum pension for your family situation, the IRPF (income tax) withholding and the INSS procedure.
