We file your application for the Ingreso Mínimo Vital (minimum living income) with the INSS (the Spanish National Social Security Institute) under Ley 19/2021 + RD 789/2022. We automatically calculate the guaranteed income according to the make-up of your unidad de convivencia (household unit): a base of 7.836 €/year for 1 adult + 30 % for each additional adult + 50 % for the first child + 30 % for each further child + a 22 % single-parent supplement. We check the age requirements (23 or over, or 18 or over with dependent children) and legal residence (1 year or more, with exemptions for victims of trafficking, victims of gender-based violence and refugees), we check compatibility with other benefits (it is incompatible with the PNC, the non-contributory pension, and the RAI, the active integration income) and the asset thresholds.
