It does not require 2 years of prior residence, nor an integration report, nor financial means from the applicant. We cover the options under art. 94.1: spouse or registered or stable partner (letters a, b, c), children (letter d), direct first-degree ascendants (letter e), parent or guardian of a Spanish minor (letter f) and child of a father or mother who is or has been Spanish by origin (letter h). It allows you to reside and work as an employee or self-employed with no further procedure (art. 95.1).
- Arraigo socioformativo: socio-educational temporary residence through training (RD 1155/2024)301 €We handle your application for arraigo socioformativo (socio-educational settlement residence) under RD 1155/2024 (Spain's Immigration Regulation), art. 125.1.d), general requirements art. 126 and specific ones art. 127.d). - Arraigo socio-laboral (RD 1155/2024): the new route under the 2024 Immigration Regulation301 €We handle your residence authorisation through arraigo socio-laboral (the exceptional route for settled migrants with a job) under the NEW route of RD 1155/2024 (art. 125.1.b), with the general requirements of art. 126 and the specific ones of art. 127.b), in force since 20 de mayo de 2025. It is a more flexible framework than the old arraigo social: 2 years of continuous residence (previously 3), part-time work accepted (20 h/week or more, with no minimum contract length), and the arraigo report from your región or Ayuntamiento is NO LONGER required. - Reagrupación familiar application (family reunification: LO 4/2000 arts. 16-19 + RD 1155/2024 arts. 65-71)301 €We draft your application to bring over your spouse or registered partner, children who are minors or have a disability, dependent ascendants over 65, or minors under your guardianship. We calculate the minimum income required (150% of the IPREM (public income indicator) for the first person plus 50% for each additional member) and check adequate housing (report from the social services of the autonomous community, or of the local authority if the region so decides), health insurance and an apostilled certificate of family relationship.
- Residence card for a family member of an EU citizen301 €We draft your application for the residence card for a family member of an EU/EEA/Swiss citizen (or of a Spanish national exercising free movement) under RD 240/2007 arts. 8-11 and Directive 2004/38/EC. It allows you to work up to 30 hours a week alongside your studies; higher education entitles you to work automatically.
- Prórroga de Estancia de Corta Duración (extension of a short stay: tourist / visitor)241 €Extend your legal stay in Spain beyond the 90 days allowed. Legal basis: Reglamento (CE) 810/2009 (the Visa Code) + Reglamento (UE) 2018/1806. We check that your passport is valid for at least 3 months beyond your departure, your daily financial means for Spain, travel health insurance of at least 30.000 €, the purpose of the trip and your intention to return. - International validity of your university degree (legalisation for use abroad)115 €We legalise your official Spanish university degree so that it has legal effect abroad. Depending on the destination country: the Hague apostilla (1961 Convention) if it is a party to the Convention, or diplomatic/consular legalisation if it is not. We handle the signature recognition at the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, the apostilla or legalisation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and, where applicable, the sworn translation. Our engine proposes the route from the official list of States party and we confirm it before acting.
- Application for your first TIE (Tarjeta de Identidad de Extranjero, Foreigner Identity Card)108 €We draft the application for your first Foreigner Identity Card after your permit has been granted and you have entered Spain with a visa, for stays of more than 6 months.
